W5919: Go - An Ancient Game of Abstract Strategy and Origami - The Art of Paper Folding in Splash Spring 2017 (Apr. 22 - 23, 2017)
Go (traditional Chinese: 圍棋; simplified Chinese: 围棋; pinyin: wéiqí; Japanese: 囲碁; rōmaji: igo; Korean: 바둑; romaja: baduk; literally: "encircling game") is an abstract strategy board game for two players, in which the aim is to surround more territory than the opponent. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Go_(game) AND Origami (折り紙?, from ori meaning "folding", and kami meaning "paper") is the art of paper folding, which is often associated with Japanese culture. In modern usage, the word "origami" is used as an inclusive term for all folding practices, regardless of their culture of origin. The goal is to transform a flat sheet square of paper into a finished sculpture through folding and sculpting techniques. Modern origami practitioners generally discourage the use of cuts, glue, or markings on the paper. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Origami
