Brief Biographical Sketch:

I am a graduate student in Biomedical Informatics, with a BS in Computational and Mathematical Biology from Duke University.
I work on incorporating signaling and cell cycle biology models into the drug screening process, as well as evaluating the different types of chemotherapeutics. I like to garden, and I love music, including composition and performance. I also love analyzing my own data, or data of people around me--this ends up being a deep-seeded interest in studying public trends (financial data, health and nutrition, etc). I also enjoy teaching, as well as helping students figure out what they want to do next in life.
