V1313: Intro to Salsa!!! in Splash! Spring 2011 (Apr. 16 - 17, 2011)
In this workshop, we will learn a little bit about the history of salsa and other partner dances... and then we will GET MOVING!!! We'll learn a solo dance pattern as well as several partnering moves that can be put together in different patterns when dancing socially. Be prepared for an upbeat dance class that will get you moving, laughing, and rocking out to the irresistible beat of salsa music!!!


V1314: Beginning Ballroom in Splash! Spring 2011 (Apr. 16 - 17, 2011)
Have you ever watched "So You Think You Can Dance" and wished you knew how to do the Swing, Tango, Salsa, Cha Cha, Rumba, Waltz, or any of the other partner dances? After this class you may not be able to pull off crazy lifts and tricks, but you will learn the basic steps (and some fun flashy steps too!!!) for Tango, swing, cha cha and night club 2-step.
