Brief Biographical Sketch:

Lauren is a 2nd year graduate student in Developmental Psychology at UC Santa Cruz. Her research explores the role of discourse in the development of sense of self and relationship. Currently, she is studying how humor might facilitate identity management in conversations between friends.
