Brief Biographical Sketch:

Kendall is from Portland, Oregon and has written seven novels, six of which have been for National Novel Writing Month. Her most recent novel was written with the help of a grant from Stanford, which she used to live in Brooklyn for a summer while she researched and wrote.

Kendall focuses on writing positive, queer historical fiction.
