Brief Biographical Sketch:

I've hiked mountains in Norway. Conducted interviews in Finnish. Lived for three months in Moscow. Oh, and I salsa dance, too.

Born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona, I came to Stanford as a freshman in the fall of 2007. I'll be graduating this December with a bachelor's degree in international relations and a master's degree in civil and environmental engineering. Take my intro to calculus class and talk to me if you have any questions about what it's like to have a foot in both the "techie" and "fuzzy" worlds.
