Brief Biographical Sketch:

Albert has experienced personal and professional success, but humbly credit his achievements to the many defeats he endured along the way. The struggles and disappointments of his life allowed him to enter some of his most creative moments. And as an accomplished martial artist, Albert’s passion is deeply rooted in human potential. He strongly believes in the indomitable human spirit and delights in empowering others to rise above their afflictions to grow, thrive, and succeed in life.

Albert is a Registered Associate Clinical Social Worker with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences, holding a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Washington State University and a Master of Social Work from San Jose State University. He was born in Sacramento, California, moved to Washington State when he was 12 years old, and now currently residing in the beautiful Bay Area of California. Albert is an avid athlete and mindfulness practitioner, enjoying fitness, martial arts, and meditation. He also enjoys spending time with family and being adventurous with food, the outdoors and hiking, reading, writing, traveling and connecting with people from all walks of life.
