Brief Biographical Sketch:

Originally born in Fresno, CA, I'm a proud Stanford Tree, class of 2027! I'm double majoring in Classics (Greek and Latin) and Sustainable Architecture and Engineering. My interests vary, but on campus I'm a member of Counterpoint, Stanford's oldest Women's plus a cappella group, and I reside within ITALIC, Stanford's arts dorm and residential living program. I love to talk about ancient history and architecture, so feel free to ask me questions about either!

X8027: I Didn't Ask to Be a Half Blood: A Crash Course to the Myth Behind Percy Jackson in Splash Spring 2024 (May. 18 - 19, 2024)
Percy Jackson has taken bookshelves and screens by storm over the last two decades. Despite the fact that the series is the origin of many peoples' interests in myth, the books don't always consistently portray the gods-- or their interactions with mortals-- accurately. This class aims to teach about Greek mythology and history using Percy Jackson as its basis.
