Brief Biographical Sketch:

I grew up in the Seattle area, relocated to Pittsburgh for college, and afterwards moved out to the sunny-but-oh-so-expensive Bay Area :') After two years working on search at Google, I decided to come to Stanford to study even more about computer science.

I love teaching and am excited to share what I know with you :)

M7550: Writing your First Web Application in Splash Fall 2019 (Nov. 16 - 17, 2019)
Ever wondered how a website really works and what really happens when you type "google.com" in your browser? In this class, we'll explore just that and write a simple blog website. Students can expect to learn about browsers, HTML/HTTP/etc, the Internet, and web applications.
