Major: Computer Science

College/Employer: Alameda County Office of Education

Year of Graduation: 1973

Picture of Bob Allen

Brief Biographical Sketch:

Have managed software development projects for way too many years, the last 10 years for a K-12 County Office of Eduction. Started applying Agile/Scrum/Kanban practices 2 years ago for software development projects. Have only recently discovered how effective the same practices can be in day-to-day life.

Leveraging off my prior experience as a team leader, and keeping in line with developing my skills as an agile coach, I've prepared a class that teaches the values and practices embodied in Agile, but in a fun and unobtrusive manner.
