Brief Biographical Sketch:
I have a BA in psychology and special education. I've been a teacher and worked with young people in various educational and recreational settings for decades. I enjoy bringing history to life at faires, schools and conferences. I love history, travel and new challenges. In the past I've flown airplanes, jumped out of perfectly good airplanes, been an ocean kayak guide, been scuba diving with sharks, lived, learned, taught and traveled in New Zealand, Japan, West Africa, the United Kingdom and throughout much of Western Europe. What did people do before television, video games and the internet? Learn about the life of the bard from time travelers visiting from the 16th century. Come prepared to enjoy traditional tales, music and song and join us in the chorus. Warning: Traditional tales are not always child friendly and values dissonance may occur.
