Brief Biographical Sketch:

I am a sophomore at Stanford, and although I am undeclared, I'm pretty sure I want to major in philosophy. I love learning and I love to help others learn in any way I can. I'm also interested in chemistry, history, critical theory, and music!

Do patients have a right to bad news? How should medical professionals decide who gets medication when there isn't enough to go around? What strategies can we use to make tough calls and understand complex scenarios? Come explore these and other curative conundrums as we introduce some of the ethical issues faced in medicine and discuss how we can determine what the best solution is.
