Brief Biographical Sketch:

I am currently a postdoctoral fellow in the department of Nephrology at Stanford School of Medicine. I have been interested in matters pertaining to higher education for many years. I served as a teaching assistant consultant in University of California, Davis where I consulted with teaching assistants seeking to improve their teaching skills. Using the knowledge and insight I have gained working with teaching assistants and interviewing their students, I developed a program to help students make the most of the college experience. I have utilized some of these concepts in mentoring undergraduate students to help improve their reading and listening skills to improve efficiency.
