ESP Biography

Brief Biographical Sketch:

I come from a wonderful tiny village in the Basque Pyrenees and my hanger for knowledge has brought me to one of the best Universities in the world. On my journey, I have had the chance to live, study and work in different cities, universities and research groups. From my beginnings focused on Biotechnology, I specialized in Neuroscience and my work has been on Biomedical basic research not only on Neuroscience, but also in muscle Stem Cells.

I keep myself curious about all kind of topics, and I love the diversity of the Bay Area. It helps me to learn about very different people and cultures. Being my porpoise to help those around me, I enjoy as much learning than teaching the little knowledge I have, so I am always seeking for interesting conversations.
